MODULAR COLD ROOM
- These are rooms produced in standard sizes that can be easily assembled by the user.
- In the modern world, the preservation of foodstuffs in healthy environments for a long time without losing their naturalness is ensured by cold rooms. They are the ideal choice to keep the product to be stored at the desired temperature values.
- Choosing 80 mm thick panels in cold rooms and 120 mm thick panels in frozen storage rooms will bring trouble-free operation and superior quality.
- Depending on the area of use, the surface material for Wall and Ceiling panels may be preferred as POLYESTER or PVC.
- It is offered for your use with door alternatives with and without resistance.
- For floor panels ( PLW+ Galv ) (PVC+KON+Galv ) ( Cr – Ni + KON + Galv ) can be preferred. In standard products, self-extinguishing polyurethane hard foam of B – 2 norms with a density of 40 – 42 kg/m3 (2) is injected between the surface of the panels.
ASSEMBLY
- Installation can be easily done by the user
- It saves energy as a result of maximum insulation achieved thanks to polyurethane panels and lock system. Operating expenses are minimized.
- It is assembled and disassembled serially without using rivets, screws or profiles.
- Thanks to the disassembly function, the rooms can be disassembled and are easy to transport.
- The modular system allows easy enlargement/reduction thanks to its mounting/disassembly, panel addition/removal features.
- Orders for standard models are delivered within the specified time depending on stock availability.
